Lake Tahoe is known for the vast pine forests, but there are lots of aspen trees with gorgeous fall foliage! Spooner Lake is one of the many locations near Tahoe with aspen trees to enjoy! The hike around the small Nevada lake has sections where you’ll be completely surrounded by yellow trees… how perfect is that for an easy Autumn hike?!

In the Fall, Vierra Farms transforms into Daves Pumpkin Patch. There are tons of family-friendly activities including the corn maze, hayrides, farm animals, and of course, the pumpkin patch! There’s also delicious food, and for those looking for something a little more spooky, a haunted corn maze on some nights!

This small city is the perfect fall destination if you want to walk the streets of an old-time town set in a beautiful location.
