Summary: Our client is the daughter of a past client, so we already had a nice relationship with her, so she brought us onto this project as soon as she bought this house. It started as a colorful home with a lot of unique design features that simply don’t watch up with our client’s design style.

The entire home was gutted and it’s kitchen, laundry room, 5 bathrooms, and 2 fireplaces were redesigned and given new finishes. We also added a bathroom into the loft to create a bedroom suite for our client’s mother. One of the bedrooms was transformed into a luxury home gym, and the other had a wall taken down to create a suite for our client’s father.Custom wall molding was added to the living room and dining room to add the traditional character that our client loves.
