Elegant Feminine Estate
At first, the home featured bold colors and distinctive design choices that did not match our client’s personal style. You can view the before photos here. Together, we began a comprehensive renovation with a clear goal in mind. We wanted to transform the home into a refined, welcoming estate with thoughtful details in every room.
The project scope touched every corner of the house and beyond. First, we completed a full kitchen renovation and updated the laundry room. Then, we renovated five bathrooms, transformed two fireplaces, and added a loft bathroom. In addition, we converted one bedroom into a home gym. We also reimagined another bedroom as a comfortable suite for our client’s father.
To bring in timeless charm, we added custom wall molding in the living and dining rooms. From there, we layered in Everyday Luxury details that made the home feel personal to our client. For example, we included bespoke window treatments, a concealed cat area, and built-in dog crates.
Finally, we completed the whole-home transformation with new furnishings, soft finishes, and elegant accents. As a result, the home now feels polished, feminine, and deeply personal. Every space supports the way our client and her family live. At the same time, the design brings Rebecca Ward Design’s signature Everyday Luxury to life.
