It’s been quite a year, so we are taking a beat to look back at 2025 and appreciate all the amazing things it’s brought to us! We learned a lot about product this year, did some fabulous traveling, worked with lovely clients, and had so much fun as a team. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights!
Rebecca did go to KBIS this year, and both Rebecca and Lilly also went on separate appliance training trips, making it a plumbing and appliance-heavy year! Lilly went to St. Luis to tour the True refrigeration factory. She had an amazing trip with lovely design friends and learned a lot about True products. Rebecca went to Chicago to learn about Jennair and the Whirlpool family of appliances! Both enjoyed their trips immensely and loved all the food they experienced, cities they explored, and products they learned about.
Such fun projects this year! It was a busy year for The RWD Design Strategy Session ™, which is amazing, but also means we don’t have photos of all of those projects. We had past clients come back for new projects this year, including our client’s daughter’s bedroom, which was a lot of fun. We also did a beautiful bathroom remodel and furnished the living room for another client. We have several other projects going into implementation that we can’t wait to show you!
Part of travel this year includes the product trips this year! Rebecca loved exploring Chicago and Lilly enjoyed St. Luis. Lilly tacked a family trip to Toronto and Niagara Falls onto her St. Luis trip and was WOWED by the falls. Both Lilly and Rebecca also had Disneyland trips this year, and Lilly also went to New Orleans!
We painted our office this year! Our desks are located in the back room of our office, and it’s a small space. We color-drenched the room in the brand’s teal color, and it’s now such a cozy space. We also welcomed our friend Amanda Fossum Design into our office space, so if you notice nicer cabinets in our space, it’s because of her! Rebecca continued leading the Sacramento Designer Business Collective, and also had design friends from around the world come to Napa to talk business and visit.
