Cozy Coastal Cottage

Summary: The living spaces of this project were originally split into three distinct areas with a large brick fireplace and walls separating them. Our client wanted to remove the separation between rooms and create one large great room with the kitchen, dining room, and family room. With this design in mind, the living room fireplace moved locations, and the kitchen changed from a galley style kitchen to a new layout with an island. We also designed a workstation in the kitchen for completing home tasks. 

Our client was drawn to a coastal color palette, so we went to work selecting finishes for the kitchen, family room, and the two bathrooms that were included in the renovation. New flooring and paint were installed throughout the home as well. 

We also selected the furniture, designed the window treatments, and accessorized the home, completing the transformation! Throughout the home, we included feminine touches, including tiles with a little sparkle, touches of pink, and furniture pieces with a feminine curve.
