      • It becomes a routine where they don’t even have to look at the calendar.

      • She does a meal planning system and plans out what they’re eating every day.

      • They look at their calendar and map out their dinners along the way.

      • They leave room for updates and things that might pop up.

      • Make use of resources like Chat GPT to find a great meal-planning system.
