Summary: This multi-phase remodel began with updates to the downstairs bathroom and laundry room, followed by a transformation of the primary suite the next year, including the bedroom, bathroom, and closet. While the existing layouts remained largely intact, updated finishes, thoughtful details, and beautiful materials gave each space a fresh new look.

In the primary bathroom, the showstopper is the stunning mosaic backsplash tile, a favorite of our clients long before the remodel began. Its intricate botanical pattern and iridescent finish catch the light beautifully, bringing subtle shimmer and elegance to the space. Uplift medicine cabinets provide additional storage while maintaining a clean, streamlined look. Underfoot, marble mosaic flooring features a delicate petal pattern framed by a penny-round border, adding another layer of texture and interest. The primary closet was also thoughtfully customized to showcase the client’s collection of handbags.

The downstairs bathroom carries the same attention to detail, with a beautiful marble mosaic floor that transitions into natural marble pebbles in the shower. A striking blue herringbone accent wall adds color and personality, creating a focal point against the softer surrounding finishes. In the laundry room, the clients embraced a more playful approach with a cheeky monkey wallpaper that brings an unexpected touch of fun to this hardworking space.

Throughout the home, organic shapes, natural materials, and intricate patterns are balanced with refined finishes and thoughtful details. The result is a collection of spaces that feels both luxurious and inviting, with a timeless beauty that reflects the clients’ personalities.
