Our role is to bring clarity to those decisions, protect the vision, and create a home that feels effortless to live in once the work is complete.

The First Step
Every full-service project begins with an in-home design consultation where we get to know your home, your goals, your style preferences, and the scope of work.
During The RWD Client Onboarding Consultation™, we discuss your priorities, design direction, investment range, timeline, and how our process can best support your project. From there, we recommend the right path forward.
Depending on the scope of your project, our work may include:
- design concepts and overall creative direction
- space planning and layouts
- finish, fixture, and material selections
- furnishings, lighting, rugs, art, and accessories
- cabinetry concepts and elevation drawings
- collaboration with contractors and trades
- procurement and order management
- installation and final styling
The RWD Client Onboarding Consultation™
Every full-service project begins with an in-home consultation where we get to know your home, your goals, your style preferences, and the scope of work. This allows us to understand what your project needs and recommend the right path forward.
During this consultation, we may discuss layouts, finishes, color direction, material possibilities, investment range, timeline, and how our process can best support your project.
From there, we prepare the next steps for moving into the full-service design process.

A Thoughtfully Managed Design Experience
Depending on the scope of your project, our work may include design concepts, space planning, finish selections, furnishings, lighting, cabinetry concepts, elevation drawings, contractor collaboration, procurement, installation, and final styling.
From the first conversation to the final reveal, our process is designed to bring clarity, beauty, and ease to your home transformation.

The RWD Design Strategy Session™
This is perfect for those needing an action plan for their home to implement on their own. During the meeting, we’ll walk through the space with you to discuss your design needs, determine your style preferences, select a color palette, and sketch layouts. We can even bring some material samples (tile, countertops, etc.) to get going in the right direction!
After the meeting, we will continue with any sourcing or selection work we need. Within a week, we will send a comprehensive action plan tailored to your home to implement on your own, at your own pace.

- Duration: Up to two hours on-site, 5-6 hours of designer sourcing and selections off-site
- Price: $2,800
- Gain confidence to move forward with your project by having the professional visit your home
- Get layout sketches, color recommendations, finish material suggestions, and furniture suggestions for your space!
- Define your design style
- We’ll follow up with a detailed summary for you to implement everything on your own!
The RWD Paint Selection Service™
Unlock the transformative power of paint and the most cost-effective way to make a significant impact. Ensure it’s done right the first time! During the meeting we’ll walk through the space with you to select paint colors for the interior and/or exterior of your home, using the paint brand of your choice. We can even suggest an accent color palette to incorporate into your décor if time allows!
After the consultation, we’ll send you a detailed summary of everything we discussed during the meeting for you to hand over to the painter.

- Duration: Up to one hour
- Price: $750
- Let the expert discover your perfect interior and/or exterior paint colors by working her magic using your preferred paint brand’s color deck
- Receive a detailed paint spec sheet, including sheen levels. All you have to do is hand it to your painter.
- Get color sample cards sent straight to your door!
